Plans and pricing
Affordable Virtual Assistant Services
Affordable should mean the price is clear and the work is worth it, not that you are buying the cheapest available hour. Our plans start at $600 a month for around 10 hours a week of dedicated support, run month-to-month, and include a 14-day free-rematch guarantee. This page shows exactly what each plan covers so you can decide without a sales call.

Who this is for
These plans suit owners and small teams who need reliable recurring support rather than a full-time hire, and who would rather know the monthly cost up front than negotiate an hourly rate.
- Owners spending evenings on admin that does not need them
- Small teams without capacity for a full-time hire
- Businesses with steady recurring work in a few clear areas
- Anyone who wants a predictable monthly figure, not a variable invoice
- Teams who want the option to change scope month to month
- Buyers comparing providers on transparency, not just price

What is included in every plan
- A dedicated assistant matched around your tasks and tools
- Interviewing before you meet anyone, and your final say on fit
- Onboarding support for the first handover
- Month-to-month terms with no long lock-in
- The 14-day free-rematch guarantee
- The ability to change the role across sales, recruiting, customer service, admin, operations or accounting support
How to work out whether it is worth it
- Step 01
Count the hours you would hand over
Track one honest week. The recurring, low-judgement tasks are the ones that transfer.
- Step 02
Put a value on your own hour
Use what you charge, or what an hour of your best work is worth to the business.
- Step 03
Compare against the plan price
If reclaiming those hours is worth more than the monthly figure, the plan pays for itself. We do not publish a multiplier, because yours depends on your numbers.
- Step 04
Factor in what stops slipping
Follow-ups that happen and replies that go out same-day have value that does not show up in an hourly comparison.
- Step 05
Start small and widen
Essential first is a reasonable way to test the fit before committing more hours.
What is not included
Being clear about the limits is part of transparent pricing.

- Anything needing a physical presence at your location
- Guaranteed outcomes such as booked meetings, leads or revenue figures
- Specialised technical or development work, unless agreed in the match
- Coverage outside the working-hours overlap you agree

Frequently asked questions
What is your lowest-cost plan?
Essential is $600 a month for around 10 hours a week of part-time support. It suits owners who want a focused set of recurring admin handled reliably rather than a full-time hire.
Does affordable mean less experienced?
The plans differ in hours, not in the standard of the assistant. A lower plan buys less time each week; it does not buy a different tier of person.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
Plans are month-to-month, and the price shown is the monthly price. We will always tell you on the call if anything about your scope changes the figure.
What is not included?
Licensed professional advice such as legal, tax or clinical work, paid software licences and ad spend, and anything requiring a physical presence. Specialised technical work depends on the match and should be raised on the call.
What if the assistant is not the right fit?
The 14-day match guarantee covers a free rematch with a different assistant, and because plans are month-to-month you are not locked in.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Most clients start on Essential or Growth and move up once they have handed over enough work to fill the hours.
