We help businesses find and work with remote virtual assistants, and we offer an AI receptionist service for handling calls and inquiries. Our role is to understand your requirements, present candidates or options we believe are suitable, and support you through onboarding and the working relationship.

Specific scope, hours, pricing, and start dates are agreed with you before an engagement begins. Information on this website is a description of our services, not a binding offer.

We do not provide regulated professional services. Bookkeeping support means administrative assistance with records, invoicing, and reconciliations. It is not accounting, audit, or tax advice. We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice, and our assistants should not be relied on for it.

• Give your assistant the access, tools, context, and direction needed to do the work.
• Handle any data you share responsibly, and tell us in advance if the work involves sensitive or regulated information.
• Use our services and website lawfully.

Plan pricing shown on our pricing page is billed monthly in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Add-on services and usage above an included allowance are billed as described on that page. Plans can be changed or cancelled for future billing periods, and there is no long-term contract.

We aim to introduce candidates that fit your requirements, and we work with you if the fit is not right. Our match guarantee, as described on our pricing page, is our commitment to rematch rather than a guarantee of any particular business result.

We treat the information you share with us as confidential and use it to deliver our services. Assistants placed through us are asked to keep client information confidential. If you require a specific confidentiality agreement, contact us and we will work through it with you.

Work product created for you during an engagement belongs to you. The content, design, and branding of this website belong to The Peak Hire and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee any specific commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the period in which the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms as our services evolve, and we will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Either of us may end an engagement in line with the cancellation terms agreed for your plan.
