The Peak Hire is a virtual assistant recruiting and support service. This policy explains what information we collect through thepeakhire.com and how we use it. You can reach us any time at support@thepeakhire.com.

When you submit our contact form or book a consultation, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, the type of support you are looking for, and anything you write in the message field.

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To understand your requirements so we can discuss suitable support options and candidates.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our service and website.
• To send you follow-up messages related to your inquiry.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your inquiry details for unrelated advertising.

Optional tracking tools stay off until you choose them in the cookie panel. You can accept all, reject optional tools, or pick categories, and change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Turning a category off stops it and removes its first-party cookies where the browser allows.

• Analytics: Google Analytics 4. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate location and device or browser type, plus a count of completed enquiries and clicks on booking or email links. Google privacy information.
• Analytics: Microsoft Clarity. Heatmaps and session replays showing how pages are scrolled and clicked. Form fields, enquiry confirmations and AI receptionist demo text are masked, and replays are paused on billing and careers pages. Microsoft privacy information.
• Marketing: Meta Pixel. When enabled, measures page views and completed enquiries so we can understand the results of Meta advertising. It is not used on billing or careers pages. Meta privacy information.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number, message, payment details or job application details to these tools, and we do not use their customer matching features.

We also embed a Calendly scheduling widget on our contact page. If you book through it, Calendly processes the details you enter under its own privacy terms.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to contact us.

Contact form submissions are stored in our hosted database and are accessible only to our team for the purpose of responding to you and providing our service. We take reasonable measures to protect this information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required for our records.

We rely on third-party providers to run this website and communicate with you, including our website hosting and database provider, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta (when enabled), Calendly, and email services. These providers process information on our behalf in order to deliver their services.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted through our website, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email support@thepeakhire.com and we will action your request.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our service changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
