  • Home Services & Contractors

Not sure which assistant you need?

Most owners do not arrive with a job description, they arrive with a list of things that keep slipping. Bring that list to a discovery call. We will group it into a realistic scope, tell you whether it fits one assistant or two, and say so plainly if we are not the right fit.

How matching works

  1. Step 01

    Discovery call

We map the tasks draining your week, the tools you use, and the hours you want covered.

  2. Step 02

    Shortlist

We aim to present a hand-picked shortlist within 72 hours, with notes on experience and working style.

  3. Step 03

    Interview

You meet your proposed assistant before committing, so you judge the fit yourself.

  4. Step 04

    Onboarding and check-ins

We help set up access, playbooks, and a reporting rhythm, then check in as the work ramps.

Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and every match is covered by our 14-day match guarantee. See plans and pricing.

Questions people ask

How do I know which assistant role I need?

Start from the tasks, not the title. List what took your time last week, then look at which role above covers most of it. If it spans two roles, bring that list to the discovery call and we will tell you honestly whether one person can cover it.

Can one assistant combine tasks from several roles?

Usually yes. Most clients combine two or three related areas, such as inbox and calendar management plus CRM follow-up. If the scope spans very different skill sets, such as detailed bookkeeping and creative design, we will suggest splitting the work rather than overpromising.

Can I start small and add hours later?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, so you can start with a smaller scope, see which tasks transfer cleanly, and increase hours from there.

Will my assistant use my existing tools?

Your assistant works inside the tools you already use for email, calendar, CRM, help desk, and project tracking. We cover access and playbooks during onboarding rather than asking you to change systems.

How do location and time zones work?

We match on working-hours overlap. Tell us the hours you need covered on the discovery call and we shortlist assistants who can work them consistently.

What is the difference between a human assistant and the AI receptionist?

A human assistant handles judgement work: prioritising, writing, following up, and coordinating people. The AI receptionist is a beta voice product that answers inbound calls, qualifies the caller, books, and routes. Some clients run both, with the AI covering the front line and the assistant handling everything that needs a person.

Ready to hand this off?
